Ukradeny učet rada

Ahoj, jsem tu nový.

Přečetl jsem dva topici níže a udělal jsem to podle rad které tam byly. Ano zadařilo se acc se mi vrátil vše v pořádku ovšem
bylo mi napsáno že mám poslat nový ticet a přiložit TXT soubor níže: "omlouvám se že je to dlouhý"

4. Your computer has been infected with a key logger or trojan virus, or you have visited a scam website or replied to a scam e-mail where you gave your account details

As a result of this, I have temporarily suspended your World of Warcraft account, and disabled your current secret question and answer as a security precaution.

- What's next?

1. For us to change your current Battle.net account name, we'll need you to contact us with a new email address.
2. Secondly, you should nominate a new secret question and answer from the list below.
3. Finally, please make a new support ticket with your Battle.net account, and provide the following information in a text document (.TXT file, e.g. Notepad file) as an attachment:

- Battle.net Account Name: The current account name (email address) you are using to login
- Your new Battle.net account name (email address)
- NEW secret question and answer
- Name: The full name that the account was created with.
- Confirmation that you agree to have your original Battle.net account e-mail changed to that of your newly created Battle.net account (your newly created account will be disabled as a result).

If you cannot access your own Battle.net account please create a new Battle.net account under a new e-mail address at https://eu.battle.net/. In this case, in addition to the mentioned data above, we need a confirmation that you agree to have your original Battle.net account e-mail changed to that of your newly created Battle.net account (your newly created account will be disabled as a result).

The list of available secret questions is:

- What was your childhood nickname?
- What was the last name of your first boss?
- What was the name of the boy/girl you had your second kiss with?
- What was the name of your second pet?
- Who was your childhood hero?
- What was the last name of your favorite teacher?
- When you were young, what did you want to be when you grew up?
- If you could change your name, what would it be?

The answer to the question does not necessarily have to be the right one, but can be an answer that only you will know.

For security reasons, we ask that you do not write your new secret question/answer and your account details in the main body of your reply.

We have also removed your recurring subscription details from the account; you will not be billed again on this card unless you enter the details again manually. Once the current subscription is over, if no further payment details are added, your account will become frozen.

Also your diablo 3 account was hacked and we can allow you a rollback recovery on it to return things back to normal. Please read the following information and agree to the rollback in your next reply.

Diablo III accounts are limited to two rollbacks, and we cannot guarantee the availability of future rollbacks beyond those. Because of this, we require your approval to use a limited rollback to address this situation. If you would like us to investigate the compromise and roll your account back (if possible), please respond to this ticket and clearly state "please use one of my two rollbacks, if possible". Please do not play on the account in any region after requesting a rollback, as any progress gained before the account is rolled back will be permanently lost. If you do not respond, no rollback will be made for this issue.

To roll back for a compromise, we will use a periodically updated rollback point to roll your account back to a prior state. Though rollback points are regularly updated, they may not be current when a compromise occurs. Progress such as levels, achievements, and items gained after the rollback point was saved but before the compromise occurred may be permanently lost when we roll back your account. Customer Support cannot provide restorations beyond those given when the roll back is performed, or assist with progress lost as a result of the roll back. Note: After the first compromise rollback occurs on a Battle.net account, that account's access to the Diablo III Real Money Auction House will be restricted until an authenticator is attached. Ve zkratce jestli jsem to dobře pochopil (přeložil) tak po odeslaní nového ticketu s udáji v TXT souboru by mě měli změnit napadený email (na který se mohu lognout už) na nový který napíšu do toho souboru a změnit i kontrolní otázku v téže souboru.

Problém je že díky té kontrolní otázce se nemůžu lognout do hry pouze na acc na battle.net v prohlížeči a ani změnit email ručně.

Ticket jsem odeslal ale je to 24hod a zatím žádná odpověď. Prosím o radu jestli jsem tu zprávu pochopil správně.
